As founder and managing partner of JETS International, Jean Elsner can look back on a long personal and professional history. Originally from England, she went to Germany in the 1960s. In 1989 she founded JETS Training and with enthusiasm and skill has established a strong presence in the German and international market for leadership and intercultural communication.

As a coach with particular emphasis on motivational management, questions of conduct, conflict and mediation, her services are in demand from major German and international groups and she has already accompanied many training and coaching participants during their career advancement. Beyond her training and coaching work, her areas of specialisation include empowerment of women in management positions, business behaviour, and leadership training – all based on a broad range of qualifications. She conducts training and coaching measures in English and German.

Over the past 15 years Jean has conducted workshops and seminars for Women’s Associations throughout the Arabian world, her main focus being Egypt. She has also been a key note speaker on various Arab / European conferences. She has helped in the development of the associations, the structure of their conferences and is responsible for a number of Egyptian businesspeople entering the European market.
