Nabou Fall is the founder of Nabou Fall Akademy (NFA), a coaching and training academy specializing in transformational communication, leadership, and soft skills, offering an e-learning platform. NFA has provided training for organizations such as Advans Bank Côte d’Ivoire, Orange Mali, Akiba Finance Guinea, NGO Fad Niger, Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire, and Deloitte Senegal.

She is also the CEO of Vizeo, a strategic communication agency operating in sub-Saharan Africa since 2007, serving clients like Orange, Airtel, Canal, and Western Union. With 15 years of experience in telecommunications, she held leadership roles at MTN Côte d’Ivoire and DRC, as well as at a VODACOM distributor in DRC. Starting as a marketing manager, she progressed to roles as sales and marketing director, deputy general manager, and ultimately general manager.

These experiences allowed her to develop essential skills in leadership, communication, team management, resilience, and empathy. Her intercultural expertise has fostered adaptability and agility in addressing professional challenges. Her core values include generosity, integrity, authenticity, and kindness. Nabou Fall is a TEDx speaker, author, and mentor for various women and youth empowerment organizations. She actively collaborates with magazines to promote African empowerment through storytelling. Nabou Fall oversees Wimnet, a network aimed at enhancing the digital skills of African women.

A former president, co-founder, and current member of WIC Côte d’Ivoire (Women Investment Club), she is also a member of WIC Senegal and the Côte d’Ivoire Business Angel Network (CIBAN). Along with three other women, she co-founded Impact Hub Abidjan five years ago, an accelerator empowering and training the next generation of entrepreneurs. Nabou Fall is certified as a Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS), Digital Branding Strategist (CDBS), ICF coach, certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence and DISC, and a Management 3.0 facilitator. She serves on the boards of organizations such as Africa Design School in Benin and the African Cultural Fund in Mali.

Her passion for advancing women’s leadership in Africa earned her recognition as a Gates Foundation Goalkeeper advocating for SDG 5. She has served for years as a jury member for the Cartier Women’s Initiative and was recently appointed to the African Women Leaders’ Network and the Executive Committee of the Private Sector Coalition of AWLN (AWLN-PSC) by Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Honorary President of AWLN.

As a recognized expert in Personal Branding, she works with executives and leaders to position their brands, enhance visibility, and create career opportunities. She also collaborates closely with organizations seeking to elevate the profiles of their executives.

As a philanthropist, she has freely trained thousands of women and youth across the continent over the past decade in leadership, communication, and personal branding. Nabou Fall is a mother of two sons. With one of her children being autistic, she is committed to advocating for inclusive education for all.
