Najoua Kooli Hentati is a digital transformation consultant and expert and a laureate of the Arab Career Woman award from the state of Quebec, Canada. She holds a master's degree in Marketing from the HEC in Montreal and a bachelor’s degree in the same field from l’Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Tunis. In addition to her digital transformation expertise, she is also an experienced business trainer and lecturer having lectured at both HEC Tunis and HEC Montreal. She has delivered training workshops focused on digital strategy, web marketing, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation in international organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

As a speaker on innovative trends and digital transformation, Najoua has spoken at various international events such as the Africa Point in Paris, Webcom and Intracom in Montreal, and Deloitte Technology Media and Telecommunications industry group in Montreal. Moreover, she has lent her expertise as a coach in national and international start-up competitions such as Seedstars, Microsoft Imagine Cup, IBM Hackathon, and NASA Apps challenge.
