Syrine Dimassi Darghouth is the head of the Maghreb Institute for Management and Tourism (IMM) a hospitality and tourism training center founded in 1996. She is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis. Syrine is the Vice President of CNFCE and has been a member of the Executive Board of CNFCE in Ariana since 1997. Over the years, she has been an active member of the association and was the President of CNFCE Ariana in 2012 and in 2017. Moreover, she established Norte Belle Tunisie, an annual event that aims to promote the heritage and cultural tourism in Tunisia.
