Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Sciences and a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences of Tunis, she has over 20 years of experience in diverse fields, including ISO management systems implementation, adult education, organizational diagnosis, project management, and financial analysis. She began her career as an Administrative and Financial Manager at a renowned textile export group, gaining valuable experience. As an internal auditor and certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and a Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer for ISO 21001:2018, she is also a certified trainer. She founded "THE MISSION," her consultancy firm specializing in consulting, training, and auditing. Her vision is to provide tailored, high-quality solutions that meet her clients' specific needs, leveraging her extensive expertise in management, training, and ISO management systems implementation according to international standards.
