With over 20 years of professional experience, Jeanne Gueye has worked with prestigious international non-governmental organizations such as USAID and Aide et Action, as well as renowned private sector companies and multilateral financial institutions, including the World Bank, where she serves as a program assistant for the Africa region within the IFC branch. Her career has taken her to various countries across West, Central, North, and East Africa. In addition to her strong expertise in leadership, administrative management, human resources, and communication, she has developed a deep understanding of the issues and challenges specific to different geographical and organizational contexts.

Fluent in both French and English, with a diverse and thorough academic background, Jeanne Gueye holds a Bachelor’s degree in management with a specialization in marketing, a Master’s in management with a specialization in human resources, and a higher diploma in information management.

Through her social initiatives, she actively supports educational programs by offering annual scholarships to promote excellence among youth, especially young women.

Her passion for women’s economic development, particularly in entrepreneurship, is at the heart of her commitment. A founding and active member of several women’s associations in Cameroon, she joined the Women’s International Club (WIC) in 2021, where she continues to contribute to the advancement of women in the economic field.
