Nanna Sylla obtained her BAC at La Hotoi high school in Amiens, and was selected among more than 500 candidates for the Promotion des Talents mentoring program in partnership with Deloitte France. She completed the Accounting and Management Diploma, the Audit-Accounting - Control (CCA) Master's degree, and the French State's Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Management.
Nanna has over a dozen years of experience in audit, treasury, and market operations, including 7 years at Deloitte (France, UK, Gabon, and Côte d'Ivoire). She has lived and worked in France, England, Tunisia, Gabon, and several West African countries.
She continues to pursue her accounting expertise by completing her internship between Libreville and Abidjan, and graduated in 2018, registered on the Parisian board of Chartered Accountants, in France. In 2015, Nanna joined a multilateral development institution where she spent five years in the Treasury Department before joining the Office of the Auditor General in Abidjan.
Passionate about art, culture, travel, and all types of give back to her community,
Nanna is also a true pan-Africanist. Her passion for her community motivates her to join the Association of Chartered Accountants in Business (ECE) for French speaking Africa and the Association of Women Chartered Accountants in France, and to be a founding member of the women's network Club Excelles. Nanna joined the WIC with great enthusiasm and holds the strategic position of Deputy Secretary-General.
