Katia Sayari is a passionate artist and craft designer and the creator of Katia Hand Painted Glass brand, which she started in 2000. Originally from Bulgaria, the mother of three has been living in Tunisia since 1996. She holds a Master of Arts from Sofia University and a master's degree in Tunisian Heritage and Museology.

Her world-renowned designs include concept stores like Cerise, Baroque House, the 143rd floor of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE, as well as Dar Yasmine in Amagasaki, Japan.

She has been a member of the Executive Board of the CNFCE since 2012 and has helped shape the women entrepreneurship development strategy in Tunisia.
