Samaa Sabry is the Managing Director of Hit Rate, an executive search and selection agency which she established in 2007. It has since become one of the leading companies in the human resources field in Egypt. Sabry has been active in executive search, selection and recruitment since 1987 and she co-founded and supported several companies in the field of human resources and people development industry over the years.

She is an experienced interviewer with more than eighteen years of analytical interviewing and has conducted over 3,000 interviews for managers, senior managers, executives and other positions across different fields using a variety of techniques.
