Lika Doukouré completed her schooling with a baccalaureate and preparatory studies, which led her to the ESC Toulouse (now Toulouse Business School) where she earned a Master’s in Corporate Finance. After working as a Junior Account Manager at La Redoute, she began her international career in 2007 at Cristal Credit International (now Cristal Group International) in Miami.

She advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming the Director of Operations for the United States and Latin America. In 2016, Lika ventured into intrapreneurship, founding Cristal Group Africa, the group's first African subsidiary, where she applies her international finance and risk management expertise to promote innovation and excellence in corporate information.

Based in Abidjan, her team focuses on credit risk analysis and has developed skills in digital transformation, ethical processes, and considering environmental and social impacts in the digital world.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lika is deeply engaged in social causes. She is a founding member of “Dys Moi Qui Tu Es,” an NGO advocating for the inclusion of children with special educational needs. She also partners with the International University of Grand-Bassam to help young graduates enter the workforce.

A strong advocate for women in leadership, Lika joined the Women’s Investment Club of Côte d'Ivoire and is involved in the Women on Board program, which trains women for board positions alongside leaders from Africa and Europe. Through her career and social engagement, Lika embodies strong values and plays a key role in digital transformation and the ongoing inclusion of professional women.
