Chahrazed has a background in computer science with a specialty in the design of information systems and in business management and organization. Convinced of the importance of the contribution of women in economic development through their managerial skills, and their ability to add value to investment and the knowledge economy, she joined the Association of Algerian women entrepreneurs SEVE in 2012, where she developed her professional relationship and became an elected member of the board. When she was in charge of communication and projects, she worked on the modernization of the image of SEVE, especially the digital aspect. A new "international" experience was offered to her in 2017 when she became the Algerian coordinator of the German WIB/MENA program initiated by GPP where they set up several programs including SheMadeIT. In November 2022, she was selected to be the President of SEVE for a 3-year mandate during which she focused on the proximity work in the regions, the improvement of the services to the members, the support to the young project holders, and to the densification of the network of partners of SEVE. She is also President of a permanent commission at the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council CNESE, an advisory body to the President of the Republic.
