Anna Seck began her career in elementary education, teaching for six years before transitioning to agriculture in 2000. She joined SEPAM, a Senegal-based company specializing in fruit and vegetable production and export, as an Executive Assistant.

In 2005, she took on the challenge of renewing SEPAM’s Global GAP certification, later securing additional certifications such as GRASP, SMETA, Tesco, and Rainforest Alliance, which strengthened the company's international growth. By 2010, she became SEPAM’s Head of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment, backed by expertise in sanitary quality management, risk analysis, corporate social responsibility, and biodiversity management.
