Mrs Riham El Aasar, is the owner and General Manager of Update for Food Processing company (Mom's Food). This is a family business where they bought the company and the factory 3 years ago. They specialize in the production of Juices, Jams, Dips, Sauce and Condiments.

Riham had an extensive career experience in multi-national companies where she acted as the Regional marketing manager in her final position followed by consultancy for several companies.

Riham is a graduate of AUC majoring in BA Economics.
