After earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Management Sciences from the University Félix Houphouët-Boigny Abidjan-Cocody and the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar (U.C.A.D), Dorcas completed a Master’s in Development Policy at Sciences Po Paris. In 2001, her determination and eagerness to learn led her to receive a Chevening Scholarship, enabling her to earn an MBA from the University of Wales in the UK.

She then held leadership roles in multinational companies in Europe and Africa before founding impROOV in 2006. Under her leadership, impROOV became the leading HR firm in Francophone Africa, specializing in talent management and professional coaching. The firm operates in three countries and serves multinational companies, professional executives, and management committees across Africa, at a time when talent management and executive coaching were still emerging concepts on the continent.

Dorcas combines her expertise in Strategic Organizational Management and Development Policies with Strategic Talent and Human Resource Management, leading to exceptional skills in driving change and bold HR transformation programs. In 2016, she received another prestigious scholarship, the Fulbright American Scholarship, which led to accreditation in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. She also earned certifications as a Professional Leadership Coach from the International Coach Academy and is a Senior Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Currently, Dorcas serves as the Global Coordinator for the implementation of the professional mobility framework at the World Bank Group. Her passion for development and commitment to transforming talent management in Africa continue to drive her work. Her membership in the Women Investment Club - Côte d'Ivoire aligns with her belief in leveraging expertise to bring about effective transformation in Côte d'Ivoire’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
