A passionate and committed leader, convinced that Africa's development relies on the concepts of well-being and progress for all, Patricia Sennequier is both a recognized international speaker and a certified trainer, coach, and mediator. She is the founder and CEO of Beautiful Soul, a consulting firm specializing in organizational change and leadership development. Patricia was honored with an "International Coaching Award" by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), making her the first coach based in Africa to receive this recognition.

Her ambition? To enhance individuals' behavioral and relational skills to increase their contribution to organizational performance and well-being. Convinced that individuals and groups can transform the world and make it more equitable, she supports organizations and their leaders worldwide in implementing more responsible and respectful practices, based on the principles of kindness, empowerment, and accountability.

Since 2013, her firm—a team of 20 professionals based in Dakar—has operated in 15 countries, supported over 400 organizations, and trained more than 10,000 individuals with an average satisfaction rate of over 8/10. In a bold move to advance Beautiful Soul's vision, Patricia contributes to training experts in organizational development. Beautiful Soul has already trained around 60 African coaches, 30 of whom are now certified through an EMCC EQA (European Quality Award) program in collaboration with Top Team World. More recently, she launched Naaw by Beautiful Soul, a digital leadership development platform dedicated to African professionals, which has already supported over 1,000 women in its first year.

Fluent in French, English, and Wolof, Patricia Sennequier began her career at PWC France before holding managerial positions at Oracle in France, Ireland, West Africa, and Central Africa. A former senior executive at the UN in Geneva and a driving force behind the International Trade Centre's change project, one of the UN agencies, she holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine and an MBA from INSEAD.
