Founder of Mpowerment Consulting, Prisca Sahiry has over 20 years of passion for brand development, organizational transformation, and human capital development (multinational corporations, SMEs, and public administration). She supports companies with expertise across various sectors (Telecoms, sports, agri-food, hospitality, industry, health mutuals, services, training, etc.).

Her skills have been applied to cross-cutting and strategic projects in both the public and private sectors across Africa (Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Gambia, Congo Brazzaville, DRC, Kenya, Rwanda, Morocco, Algeria) and the Middle East (UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia).

She has a strong interest in gender issues, individual and SME mentorship. An alumna of the Abidjan School of Commerce (ESCA), MDE Business School / IESE, English universities, and certified in Change Management, she is a speaker, trainer, and mentor who shares her experience on various local and international platforms.
