Nathalie is one of the Founders and Owner of Chateau St Thomas, a family winery established in 1997. She is also a co-Owner of Arak Touma, a Family distillery of Arak since 1888 of grape juice with anis Seeds.

Nathalie left Lebanon during the war to USA, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994, with a degree in Marketing & advertising. She then came back and worked in the family business Arak Touma. In 1995, she decided with the family to establish & develop Chateau St Thomas winery in Kab-Elias, Bekaa Valley.
