Pr. Lylia Bahmed is the Executive Director of an International Consulting Firm in Environment Health and Safety (C.I.N.E.S) Batna-Algeria and professor in Risk Management at IHS University of Batna 2 Mostefa Benboulaid and Researcher and Associate member of Research in Industrial Prevention Laboratory.

She is a member of Scientific council of the Industrial Health and Safety Institute of University Hadj Lakhdar of Batna- Algeria and President of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Hygiene.

She is State Engineer in Health and Safety and holds a PhD in Industrial Health and Safety.
