Dina began her career in 2010 in the CBAO banking group “Attijariwafa Bank” where she was Director of Institutional Communication and External Relations, where she was Director of Real Estate Credit in 2015.

From 2012 to 2015, she was also a technical advisor to the Presidency of the Republic of Senegal and had to work on Senegal's urban development program; notably social housing and the creation of the new town of Diamniadio.

She participates in the reflection of the proposed orientation law on social housing of 2016. in 2017, she set up the first real estate financing platform in Africa.

Alpha was created in 2020 as the first digital platform combining quality real estate projects on the Senegalese market by also offering the assembly and delivery of financing files to banks. A full user online experience ranging from the choice of real estate to its financing.

ALPHA aims to contribute significantly to strengthening access to housing, and financial inclusion and to make its contribution to the emergence of Senegal with a mindset geared towards disruption.

Dina was cited by Jeune Afrique among the 10 entrepreneurs who shook up fintech, she was also cited by other renowned pages.

In May 2024, she won the WiB Innovation Award 2024 in Berlin.
