Maimouna is the Country Director at Technoserve, an NGO supporting entrepreneurs and farmers in 30+ countries for six decades. She previously served as the International Relations Manager at WRAP, a UK-based NGO focusing on the circular economy and environmental conservation. Maimouna co-founded Alliwoh Learning Hub, providing English coaching and services for French-speaking executives.

With 10+ years of experience spanning banking, retail, marketing, and strategy consulting with Dalberg, Maimouna specializes in entrepreneurship and international development. She's passionate about women's and youth economic empowerment and believes it's vital for sustainable African development. Her educational background includes degrees in marketing and management from Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar, entrepreneurship from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Finance and Sustainability from the University of Nottingham. She's received awards, including the 2019 Chevening Fellowship and the 2017 Mandela Washington Fellowship.
