Anoko Olga is the Leader and Founder of LHR, a human resources consulting firm established in 2018. LHR's ambition is to support companies based in Africa in implementing their HR strategy and associated tools such as performance evaluation or Human Resources Planning (GPEC). LHR operates in Abidjan, Dakar, and Cameroon.

She holds a master's degree in labor law from the University Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master's degree in HR management from ESG Paris. With nearly 20 years of experience as a labor law attorney, Human Resources Director, and HR Consultant in France and Senegal, she has worked with major corporations such as AtoS and Deloitte.

On a personal note, Anoko Olga is actively involved in mentoring programs for young female entrepreneurs and startups, contributing to economic development. Her professional journey has also led her to work in investment funds, and she is a member of WIC Senegal, an investment fund dedicated to businesses created and led by women.

Since 2021, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of SARAYAA, a Senegalese brand of high-end multi-ethnic clothing for women. Additionally, she supports diaspora talents seeking to return to the continent by assisting them in defining a successful action plan.
