Manonn started her career in France before returning to Côte d'Ivoire in 2005 and joining Microsoft West and Central Africa as a senior accountant. In 2010, she joined the pharmaceutical industry and the Swiss giant Novartis, where she was appointed as the Financial Director for the Pharma division based in Abidjan. She continued her career as a Business Analyst for the Sandoz division based in Senegal, before being appointed Financial Director for the Pharma division covering Francophone West Africa with a function in Lagos, Nigeria. After this period outside of her country, Ms. Coulibaly returned to Côte d'Ivoire in 2016 as a Project Director for Africa, with responsibility for all financial projects in the Africa cluster. In 2017, she was Head of Finance for the Novartis Pharma division for Francophone Africa. In January 2018, this multidisciplinary woman made the leap into the agro-industry and took on a new position as Financial Director at Unilever. She held the position of Financial Director in November 2018, before being a General Manager a year later. She helped to turn around Unilever's business in Francophone Africa until March 2022, but her passion for entrepreneurship led her to create TAMIS SKILL UP, a consulting company aimed at supporting local businesses in governance, strategy, and business plans. Manon is passionate about supporting African entrepreneurs and women, in particular, for an inclusive, high-performing, and sustainable business environment. This commitment led her to the presidency of the Women's Investment Club in 2022.
