Originally from Saint Louis, where she spent her first 18 years and cultivated the values that guide her daily life, Mame Aissatou holds a degree in industrial process engineering and a postgraduate diploma in management control, accounting, and financial auditing from the Polytechnic School and Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar.

After spending nearly 20 years in the finance sector, supporting the performance of national and multinational companies as well as NGOs, she pursued certification and became a professional coach specializing in business coaching (managers, executives, teams).

With extensive experience in various fields (from technical to finance and then to human resources), Mame Aissatou continues her work through coaching, dedicated to a world where personal and professional development remains a powerful lever for performance in an atmosphere of peace, serenity, and shared prosperity.
