Azza has more than twenty-five years’ experience in reputable multinationals and locals, on both the country level as well as the Regional level, in various fields of business leading the full fledge of the Human Resources functions.

She is a business graduate from Cairo University, followed by an HR Diploma then MBA with an honor majoring HR, Arab Academy for Science & Technology, 2005.

She has a long and thorough experience between Finance and Human Resources where the most recent posts were Regional Head of Human Resources, National Bank of Abu Dhabi NBAD (currently First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB), Egypt, Sudan, Jordan and Libya between 2009 and 2015. 2015 till 2019, Group HR Director, Pico Group and since then till present, Group HR Director, GV Investment Group.

Her Assignments entailed Leading projects to set the foundation and the infrastructure of the full-fledged HR functions starting with the restructuring, performance management, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, reward management, HRIS, training and development, employees’ engagement and relations, Change Management, and Corporate Culture.
